As a Project Manager at Geex Arts, you will oversee design projects from inception to completion, ensuring the seamless collaboration of our design team and client stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, and client expectations, ensuring high-quality project delivery on time and within scope. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication across all phases of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

— Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, coordinating efforts between the internal team and clients.

— Act as the primary liaison between clients and the design team, ensuring alignment on project goals and expectations.

— Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

— Conduct regular project status meetings, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and any necessary changes.

— Monitor project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize processes.

— Collaborate with UI/UX designers, branding specialists, and other creatives to ensure high-quality project outcomes.

— Ensure effective communication between team members in different time zones and cultures, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

— Proactively manage client expectations and address any concerns or changes in project scope.

— Prepare and present project reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

— Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

— Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a design agency or similar creative environment.

— Strong understanding of UI/UX and branding processes, with the ability to communicate effectively with creative teams and clients.

— Excellent command of Business English (C1+), both written and spoken; additional language skills are a plus.

— Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

— Experience working with international clients and managing cross-cultural teams.

— Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira, Monday.com) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom).

— Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

— Ability to adapt to changing priorities and remain calm under pressure.

— Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.

— Availability to work across multiple time zones as needed.
