As a Project Manager, you will be a part of our rapidly growing IT department. You will work in our ERP team.  

Responsibilities

— Drive the development process for the company’s core product

— Utilize Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban to ensure efficient project execution

— Facilitate meetings to ensure effective communication and coordination within the team

— Bring in-depth technical expertise to help the team overcome challenges and deliver high-quality solutions

— Provide high-level distribution of production incidents after Level 2 support

— People Management: team capacity planning, hiring/onboarding activities, new dev processes integration and execution

Requirements

— 4+ years of experience in project management using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

— Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a high-performing development team

— Adept at identifying and solving complex technical challenges

— Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed team goals

— Strong communication and interpersonal skills

— Strategic thinker with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset

— Excellent command of English, and Russian in an advantage
