About the Role:

We're seeking a Website Project Manager to coordinate ongoing initiatives to rapidly improve our website. You'll work with our Marketing and Engineering teams to implement website changes, manage SEO initiatives, and oversee the creation of new web pages.

Typical responsibilities include:

Website Management

— Partner with the Marketing team to gather and translate non-functional requirements into technical specifications

— Oversee build of new content such as landing pages, navigation, and general user experience of the website

— Drive implementation of analytics and performance optimizations

— Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for page performance

— Coordinate with Engineering team to implement necessary requirements

— Coordinate with Marketing and Growth teams to implement CRO experiments

— Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

SEO Leadership

— Develop and maintain technical SEO strategy and implementation roadmap

— Work with engineering team to implement core web vitals improvements

— Monitor and report on key SEO metrics and search performance

— Drive technical improvements for site architecture and page speed optimization

— Oversee implementation of structured data and technical SEO elements

— Coordinate regular SEO audits and prioritize technical fixes

Product Page Development

— Manage the development lifecycle of new functional pages from conception to launch

— Create detailed technical specifications and acceptance criteria

— Coordinate between UX/UI design and development teams

— Maintain product requirements documentation and technical documentation

— Drive continuous improvement based on performance metrics

We’re looking for someone with the following skills and qualifications:

— 3+ years of technical website management experience

— Strong understanding of web technologies and modern web development practices

— Experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools

— Proven track record of working with marketing and engineering teams

— Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills

— Understanding of technical SEO principles and best practices

— Experience with generative AI and prompt engineering is an advantage

— Experience with agile development methodologies
