We are looking for a Scrum Master to help teams and the company improve. For us, a Scrum Master is a person who works not only with one or more teams, but also an organization-level player with real capabilities to participate and drive global, organizational change.

Experience & skills

Must:

— Higher education: a degree in management, business, engineering or a related field

— Experience as a Scrum Master of 3 years or more in an IT company: organizing the full project lifecycle — from discovery and planning to delivery and completion. Mandatory experience in B2B platforms. Are fluent in the framework, practices and processes

— Ability to distinguish between methodologies and practices: Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Less, Lean, etc.

— Ability to argue how the new process, tool, activity will have an impact on loss reduction so that participants on the business side have the opportunity to value this in money, among other things

— Knowledge of English at Upper-intermediate level and above

Soft Skills:

— Communication skills: ability to resolve conflicts and willingness to negotiate and seek solutions with the team/stakeholders. Ability to communicate ecologically with the team, ability to find an approach to different team members

— Organizational skills: exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively

— Ability to systematize, maintain methodical processes and uniform standards of work of the team, at the stream level

Tasks & duties

— Management of scrum-based and product delivery tasks in Notion

— Supervise the setting and realization of team tasks within sprints: analytics, development, testing, releases. Managing the processes of task decomposition and assessment, backlog updating and prioritization

— Organize and facilitate team meetings: dailies, sprint planning, standups, grooming, retrospectives

— Developing criteria for an effective product creation process together with its participants: quantity, quality, speed, predictability, communication - reasing the efficiency of processes in team. Formation and tracking of team effectiveness metrics
