We are seeking Creative Lead to join our team.

Creative Lead will oversee Praktika’s creative strategy across multiple platforms, focusing on high-impact influencer partnerships, engaging UGC, dynamic social media campaigns and immersive in-app gamification experiences.

Your days will be filled by:

— Influencer Campaigns: Develop, manage, and execute strategic influencer collaborations to increase brand awareness and user acquisition.

— UGC and Social Media: Oversee the creation of authentic user-generated content, ensuring it aligns with Praktika’s brand voice and resonates with our target audience.

— Video Production: Lead video content production, from ideation through to execution, ensuring high quality and relevance across platforms.

— Game production: Oversee in-app gamified exercise concepts along with methodology team to boost user engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

— Creative Strategy Development: Work closely with product and methodology teams.

— Data-Driven Iteration: Use insights and performance metrics to guide and refine creative strategies, maximizing the effectiveness of each campaign.

You would be a great fit for the role if:

— 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, with a background in influencer marketing, social media, video production, and/or digital content creation. Gaming industry is an advantage.

— Proven success in video / game production to drive engagement.

— Strong understanding of social media trends, gamification principles, and video storytelling.

— Excellent project management skills and the ability to balance creative vision with data-driven decision-making.

— Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
