Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Supabase

- Develop and maintain Edge functions APIs

- Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic

- Optimize and tune database performance to ensure high performance and responsiveness.

- Ensure the security and integrity of the application and its data.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the backend architecture.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise, providing timely resolutions.

- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years experience working with backend: Node.js, Nest.js

- Proven experience as a backend developer, specifically with Supabase and PostgreSQL.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.

- Experience with SQL and database schema design.

- Familiarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms.

- Knowledge of RESTful API design principles and best practices.

- Understanding of server-side security (RLS) and data protection measures.

- Experience with cloud services and deployment strategies.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Able to work effectively under schedule pressure to fix bugs, review code, write, test new code, and diagnose production issues.

- Fluent Russian
