Responsibilities:

— Candidate Management: Assist the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with potential candidates.

— Onboarding Support: Help streamline the onboarding process, ensuring new hires integrate smoothly into the team.

— HR Operations: Maintain HR records, manage schedules, and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.

— Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing updates and support during the hiring process.

— Talent Sourcing: Proactively search for candidates beyond TON Jobs, leveraging external job boards, professional networks, and recruitment platforms to find top talent.

Requirements:

— Experience: Previous experience in HR or a related field is preferred.

— Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with a focus on professional and engaging interactions.

— Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

— Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and HR software.

— Language: Russian language knowledge is a huge plus. Please mention in your cover letter or additional information section whether you know Russian or not.

— Web3 Knowledge: Familiarity with blockchain technologies or the gaming industry is a significant advantage. Be sure to describe any relevant experience.

— Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Provide examples of situations where you’ve adapted to dynamic challenges.
