Future challenges

— To participate in current processes in the department such as: recruitment, on-boarding, motivation, review, retention, rotation, dismissals, succession pipeline, administration, org. design and salary research;

— To monitor competitors in different functions;

— To research, learn, implement all required HR procedures (payroll company, legal consultancy, etc.) in acc. with the local legislation;

— To participate in other activities of HR department;

— Specific projects: competence matrix, automatization, PDP

We expect

— Have 1 + уears experience as an in-house HR or HR Generalist;

— Implementation HR-strategy processes;

— Help employees, managers in difficult situations;

— Have basic knowledge of employment and labor law;

— Speak English at an upper-intermediate level or better;

— Have great time-management skill;

— Are highly motivated with keen attention to detail, proficient written and oral communication skills;

— Have focus on delivering high quality work output;

— Know and love to work with HR analytics.
