What You’ll Do:

— Familiarize yourself with existing platforms to understand current workflows.

— Design and develop workflows for new product features.

— Conduct research and propose innovative design solutions for interfaces.

— Maintain and enhance the current UI library in Figma, ensuring consistency across products.

— Collaborate closely with developers for smooth design handoffs.

— Create animated prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.

— Complete roadmap tasks on time, adhering to 2-week sprint cycles.

— Proactively suggest new design solutions to enhance the user experience.

— Deliver well-structured components and layouts that are developer-ready.

— Present polished and well-thought-out layouts and interface solutions.

Requirements:

— 3+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design.

— A portfolio showcasing real products with detailed explanations of concepts, design decisions, and metrics.

— Strong familiarity with UI design principles and best practices.

— Experience with startups and the ability to deliver designs quickly.

— Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design choices and propose alternatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

— Experience with fintech products, document management systems, or other complex platforms.

— Experience in creating landing pages using Tilda.
