Responsibilities Include:

- Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions

- Designing and deploying scalable ML models while monitoring performance

- Analyzing both structured and unstructured data for meaningful insights

- Implementing data pipelines in CI/CD environments

- Leading high-impact AI/ML initiatives and mentoring junior data scientists

- Driving clear ROI through data and AI initiatives

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in data science with proven ML deployment experience

- Expert knowledge of machine learning techniques and frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)

- Proficiency in Python, SQL, Snowflake, and familiarity with CI/CD systems

- Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts to non-technical audiences

- English B2-C1, Russian B2+

Bonus Points:

- Experience with Kafka, LLMs, or deploying models in AWS

- Previous roles supporting GTM teams in B2B SaaS
