Key Responsibilities:

— Maintain and enhance existing services and APIs and develop new ones

— Collaborate with frontend developer, designer, product manager and content manager to deliver top-notch features.

— Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

— Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices especially around automation and AI

‍Required Qualifications:

— 1.5-2 years of professional experience in backend development.

— Proficiency in Python and Django.

— Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.

— Experience in working with SQL and ORM frameworks (SQLAlchemy, Django ORM) and NoSQL database systems.

— Experience with version control systems, especially Git.

— Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

— Proactivity, ability to challenge status quo

— Strong communication skills to thrive in a remote, multicultural team.

— English - B1 and higher

— Russian - native

Preferred Qualifications:

— Experience building consumer-facing products.

— Experience with asynchronous code and frameworks, such as FastAPI

— Experience in designing and developing scalable services and APIs

— Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).

— Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

— Understanding of AI and machine learning integrations is a big plus
