The team plans to at least double these results! To do this, we need a powerful Game Designer who is ready to take responsibility for creating large LiveOps features. Our ideal candidate is a strong feature owner, deeply immersed in the industry, with a proven track record of developing engaging, performance-based gaming experiences. You have to come up with well thought-out events, closely interact with the team and, of course, be responsible for the result!

What we'll entrust you with

— Development of new and improvement of existing LiveOps features: events, passes, offers, etc.

— Independent management of features/events from concept to implementation.

— Active work with analytics at all stages of development.

— Continuous iterative development of features.

— Generating new ideas together with the team.

Our ideal candidate

— Worked as a game designer for at least 3 years.

— Has experience working with the product at the operating stage: creating game events, working out balance and monetization for LiveOps activities.

— Understands the principles of game economics and works with metrics.

— Applies a product-driven approach, knows how to formulate, calculate and implement a cool gaming experience.

— Loves games and has a high level of visual experience.

— Speaks Russian fluently.
