Today, Spatium is VC backed company generating revenue, with 30+ great open-minded persons in the team who carefully craft high quality crypto products. Currently, Spatium’s mission is to scale Bitcoin, connect it with the other blockchains, remove web3 adoption barriers for end-users. To accomplish our mission and make the vision real, we launched a new product — our own B2C crypto wallet.

Requirements:

— 3+ years of experience in designing complex products, mainly (but not limited to) mobile apps in fintech domain

— English (B1 or higher)

— Strong design skills across iOS, Android and web

— Passion for design and solving complex UX and UI challenges

— Strong attention to details

— A portfolio showing excellent product design work

— Experience with building and refactoring design systems

— Strong UX focus

— Experience in conducting UX researches, running usability and guerrilla tests, analyze received data and make respective design decisions

— Great visual, UI skills, and taste

— Fluency in Figma

— Design thinking as well as the ability to think from strategic product perspective

— Great communication skills

— The ability to clearly express ideas and articulate design decisions

— The ability to work across different teams, including engineers, QA and other stakeholders

— The ability to take full ownership and responsibility for design process and results

— The ability to work in fast-paced startup and crypto environment

— You should be a constant learner

What you’ll do:

— Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction

— Work on new features for our mobile crypto wallet

— Improve UX and UI of Spatium crypto wallet

— Refactoring and support of our design system

— Come up with features and improvements that ship quickly and with high-quality

— Conduct researches, usability and guerrilla testing, analyze data

— Lead end-to-end design process and work closely with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure a high-quality implementation

— Work on Spatium marketing website

— Create marketing visuals
